Crafted Design Build is a Cape Cod design-build general contractor based in Mashpee. Its own site describes custom homes, renovations, additions, accessory dwelling units, interior and exterior remodeling, pre-construction consulting, and phased property planning across Falmouth, Sandwich, Chatham, Mashpee, and Barnstable. The company says it was formed by merging two established general contracting firms. A June 25, 2025 review praised suggestions and patience during a challenging project, and a June 10, 2025 review described work from design to finish. A May 19, 2025 review described converting a three-season room into a year-round room. One May 18, 2025 Reddit recommendation said the team takes time to understand a client's goals and options, while also cautioning that they were not the cheapest choice. Before booking, compare the written scope and price with alternatives, confirm who will lead the project, and verify the current licence details. “https://crafteddesignbuild.org/ Great team. They'll take the time to really figure out what you want and what the best options are for you. If more people operated like these guys, the world would be a much better place. Not the cheapest, though.”
I run a 33-room hotel on Cape Cod and have hired Crafted Design Build for numerous projects over the past decade. From replacing a single window to completing major structural improvements—and every size job in between—they have consistently delivered exceptional workmanship. Across more than a dozen projects, I have never had a bad experience. Their team is skilled, efficient, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. They are also respectful of our property and mindful of our guests, which is especially important in the hospitality industry. After many years of managing a business on Cape Cod and working with countless contractors, I can confidently say that I don't think you'll find a more dependable, knowledgeable, or skilled company to take on your project and see it through to the highest-quality result possible. I recommend Crafted Design Build without hesitation.
The team at Crafted Design Build are true professionals. We were lucky to be referred to them after we ran into nonstop issues with another big local company. They were able to step in and help us finish up some loose ends to get us ready for inspection, which we failed multiple times with the previous company. Konstantin was easy to work with and put a team together quickly to help us get back on track. There were no surprises with the invoicing and the team always showed up on time. I would highly recommend their services and hope to use them again in the future. This time we will go straight to Crafted Design Build and save ourselves a lot of stress and money to get things done the right way, the first time around!
Jordan and Konstantin are two of the most dependable contractors I’ve worked with. Communication is clear, timelines are respected, and the workmanship is consistently top-level. They take pride in what they do, and it shows in every project.
We requested an estimate on the cost of building a stand-alone 2-car garage on our property. It was a pleasure to work with Ronan and Cam. They were timely, responsive, and professional. Although we did not proceed with this project, I would not hesitate to work with Crafted Design Build again.
Great service. Completed the assigned project in a very timely manner. Dedicated, polite employees who were very knowledgeable and sharing
