As a buyer that looked for 18 months all over the Cape for a seasonal home with John Stringfellow we feel well qualified to write a review. My wife and I were probably the worst customers a realtor could dream up. We shopped from Florida, we each had a long list of things we wanted - and didn’t want, and our lists conflicted at times! On top of that we really didn’t know the Cape well or even what area we wanted to be in. But John is a true professional - patient and extremely knowledgeable. There are plenty of stand out moments I could detail but I think the biggest compliment I can pay is to say that in all that time and with so many showings under our belt we NEVER felt John was pushing us to buy a home or chase a property he knew we liked out of a competitive price point. Quite the opposite actually. On more than one occasion he found details below the surface (on both homes and sellers) that saved us from entering a bad situation.
