Capital Fence Reviews installs fences, and HomeAdvisor lists it at 4.8 stars from 78 ratings. A recent customer said Mike came out to see the space and give a quote, then had the supplies ordered and the job scheduled for the following week; the installers were fast and professional. On a recent vinyl privacy fence job, the customer was told the lead time was about three weeks, but the job did not start for almost six weeks and took a day longer than estimated. The installer ignored that customer's questions during the job, the owner apologized and answered them, and the job came out very well. A recent customer said the men worked hard on a lot with an old fence and tangled, overgrown vines and roots from a neighbor's yard. A 2025 customer said Mike did the original consultation, said materials would take a couple of weeks, and the install was wrapped up in a week in spite of rainy weather. A 2025 customer said Chris worked around trees and large rocks on a job that was not easy. A recent customer said Mike had no interest in completing the fence after being paid almost entirely in full and in cash, that the fence is leaning less than three years on, and that Mike has not reached back out after several contacts. A 2025 customer said the fence was not installed properly and started falling over within 12 hours, and the owner's attempt to fix it was not done to that customer's satisfaction. A 2024 customer said the job was rushed and had to be corrected on multiple visits.
I was told that lead time was about 3 weeks, but they didn't start the job for almost 6 weeks. We had some questions during the job, but the installer ignored our concerns. The owner was very apologetic and answered our questions as soon as we told him about the problem. The job took a day longer than estimated to finish, but the job came out very well. Overall, they were a very good company to work with and I would recommend them to others looking for a vinyl privacy fence.
Mike and the team at Capital Fence were awesome! Mike came out to see the space and give us a quote. He had the supplies ordered and the job scheduled for the following week. The installers were fast and professional.
I was pleased with my new fence. The men worked hard on a lot that had an old fence, many tangled overgrown vines and roots from a neighbor’s yard. Thanks!
I left a pretty lengthy review on google that is too long to post here but Mike had no interest in completing my fence because he initially ?undercharged? me and told me that other jobs were more important than getting my fence back up, even after I had paid him almost entirely in full and in cash. It?s been less than three years and my fence is leaning. I contacted Mike several times to rectify the situation and he has not reached back out so I feel like it?s my obligation to save anyone else from hiring this terrible company.
I was so happy with the job that they did. Ron and E were great. They did a great job with the fence. it looks incredible. I would differently recommend them.
