Capital Kitchen & Bath is a Concord kitchen and bath remodeler. On its Houzz profile the company says it has been designing and installing kitchens and baths since 1997, and its website describes nearly 30 years of remodeling work for homeowners throughout New England. A recent Google customer described a complete kitchen makeover and said the crew respected the property and cleaned up every day. A 2026 customer said a kitchen renovation ran smoothly from the initial consultation through the final walkthrough. A 2024 customer said Ashley was wonderful to work with on a bathroom project and appreciated the cleanup of the work space each day. In a 2024 review, a homeowner who had a bathroom remodeled praised the heated floors and detailed shower tile work, and named Sarah for the design and Derek for the tile. A 2022 customer said the company finished a basement, built a home office and converted a laundry room into a custom mudroom. A 2023 customer never got past the first visits: after a last-minute cancellation, the owner showed up early without the designer, the customer dropped the company, and the designer then said "we're not a good fit."
The entire team at CHB did an excellent job on our complete kitchen makeover. As a homeowner of over 30 years, I have worked with many contractors and have often dealt with inexperienced or overpriced projects. I maintain a very short list of contractors I would recommend or hire again, and CHB is now in my top two. The crew did a great job respecting our property and cleaning up every day. They were professional and respectful throughout the process; by the end of the job, they felt like family. Additionally, everyone was very responsive to our needs both during and after the project.
We recently completed a kitchen renovation and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation through the final walkthrough, the entire process was smooth, professional, and well organized. Our kitchen has completely transformed into a space that’s both beautiful and functional. Highly recommend Capital Kitchen & Bath!
Your company did a great job on our bathroom project. Ashley was wonderful to work with, as well as all the crew. All were patient, courteous, professional, and had a great sense of humor. Cleanup of the work space each day before leaving was much appreciated. Highly recommend.
I contracted Capital Kitchen and Bath to remodel my bathroom and the results are incredible! From my initial request for a quote to the end of the job, communication was frequent and helpful! The quality of the design was amazing (ask for Sarah)! The installation team was clean and efficient. Also ask for Derek the tile guy! My heated floors and detailed shower tile work make me smile every day! The entire team is A+++! Call them today!
Worked with a designer through email who said they'd be out to take a look at the site. Had a last minute cancellation the first time; the second time, only the owner showed up, "for measurements and photos". It's a complicated project which would require multiple steps to complete, so why would you just send someone to measure and take photos that someone who's never visited/seen the site has to design from? At the beginning we also said, whatever you do, PLEASE do not show up early (and why). When the owner showed up early without the designer we called and asked if/why the designer wasn't coming. They said they had other appointments elsewhere... after telling them we felt like CKB did not want our business and thus we were no longer interested in using CKB, the owner came to the door, at which point we very politely explained (again) so he left, clearly upset. Next, we hear from the designer that "we're not a good fit" - well you can't fire us when we already fired you! LOL. Not a popular opinion I'm sure, but it happened and it's important others know it might happen with them as well. If you get past the initial appointments CKB may be a perfectly delightful company to work with but we'll never know. There are enough companies who want our business that we're not going to work with one that clearly doesn't. YMMV.
