My wife and I hired Complete Exterior to reside our house, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The “original” photo with the pale blue wood siding is from the listing, and I promise that what we started with didn’t actually look that good — which included rot around the deck and back stairs. Trevor initially came out to give us an estimate and talk to us through the whole process, including the selection of materials. He came prepared with lots of options and a wealth of knowledge to answer every question that I had. Lauren was great and got us quickly scheduled for a walkthrough with our own operations manager, Bob. Bob gave us a final rundown of what to expect and he oversaw the whole project. The crew worked quickly and was professional. Their expertise really showed through in the final product! The owner talks about transparency and good work ethic on the company website, and these values really showed all the way from the estimate to the final walkthrough. Thank you to the whole team!

We had a great experience with Complete Exteriors from start to finish. The crew was friendly, showed up when they said they would, and did an awesome job on our siding. I chose Complete Exteriors based on their high ratings, but the overall experience with the company was highly frustrating. Communication was poor; I received no confirmation call prior to arrival. I had to call the day before to confirm details. Moreover, despite assurances that they do not use subcontractors, an outsourced crew showed up to complete the work. This crew left a huge mess inside my home and did a careless, streaky job on the window glass. Additionally, the exterior J-channels were not replaced as I expected. I assumed they were included in the replacement since they were so visibly chipped and damaged. I am still not pleased with the company's execution, but Bob is the sole reason I am giving them another opportunity. He stepped up, took accountability, worked with me on a later solution for the J-channels, and personally hand-cleaned the windows on his hands and knees to fix the crew's mistakes. Bob deserves 10 stars for his character. While the company itself failed to impress me, Bob's exceptional customer service is the only reason I am willing to give Complete Exteriors a second chance for the next phase of our project.
