A June 2026 reviewer said the company arrived and installed a replacement well pump that same day. Another June customer reported a worn, broken wire, with water restored within a couple of hours after the crew diagnosed the problem and inspected the system. Capital Well Clean Water Center says it is a family-founded New Hampshire business established in 1986, with offices in Dunbarton, Lancaster and Meredith. Its website names Jon Swain as president and sales manager and says three members of the Dragon family oversee drilling operations, operations and water treatment. The company offers well drilling, pumps, water testing, filtration and softening, alongside geothermal and irrigation services. Google listed a 4.9-star average from 370 ratings in August 2026. Customers also describe work extending from a new well to treatment equipment. A July 2026 homeowner praised the drilling, water testing, planning and treatment installation for a new house, saying the team explained how the system worked and how to maintain it. An August reviewer praised Alex’s communication and the two workers who installed a whole-house system and reverse osmosis. A July customer described radon-water treatment and a softener, praising the materials and responsiveness during two follow-up visits. Explanations matter in these accounts. A July water-softener customer said Jacob Jobin completed the service, left the area clean and explained the work and materials afterward. Another July reviewer described four years with the same technician and appointment updates by text. A June customer who called at 8 p.m. described receiving an in-depth quote from the on-call worker, followed by a visit early the next morning; they also praised the answers to questions after the job. Older accounts include both installation and follow-up repairs. In an August 2024 review, an irrigation customer described a new pump, system upgrades and an additional sprinkler head. An initial pump-cycling problem was corrected when Rob and Gregg installed a control valve switch. In a January 2026 review, a customer described Keagan and Nick installing ultraviolet treatment, pH treatment and a whole-house sediment filter, adding shutoffs and explaining the equipment.
