A recent customer who booked soil, sand, mulch and rock delivery said he was easy, very communicative and a jack of all trades. A recent customer said Frank was quick to respond and that his employee who completed the project was thorough, quick and professional. One recent review reads: "Showed up ahead of time. Got right to work. Was done in 1/2 hour." A 2026 customer said Frank helped with both TV mounting and cabinet installation. A 2026 customer called Frank a handyman with an electrical specialty who performed a variety of repairs. A 2025 customer said Frank repaired a shed, put up new outdoor lighting and extra lighting in the basement, and repaired warped shelving under the sink. I hired Frank?s company solely on the interview I had with him about the present project and future projects connected to this project in general. Little did I know- Frank misrepresented himself, his companies capabilities, limits, honesty, a agreement to a flat fee for the product to be completed. None of this made a difference to him because he told me he could provide all services needed. I cannot in good faith or truth say his work was satisfactory whatsoever. Every thing he did was done incorrectly, sloppy, in deceit never finishing s project be for moving to the next requiring mire payment to continue. After $3000 cash I said ? Mo More!? as he demanded more payment for an already agreed capped amount to finish the project as requested. Nothing he has done is of use. I will be hiring someone else to undue the work he?s done since it is not up to standards and inept. In addition to his fraudulent business practices he has threatened to put a lien on my property unless I pay.Show
