Carlos A Cruz

Carlos A Cruz runs a remodeling business out of Nashua, New Hampshire, and pulls his permits across the border in Massachusetts — a $70,580 kitchen-and-bath job in Marblehead in 2021, a $36,360 bathroom remodel in Methuen in 2024, and a 12-by-10 deck in Methuen in 2021. His Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #189222, is active on the state registry, and BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts construction supervisor licence, CSFA-106504, for the business as well. For a kitchen or bath of that size, ask him to walk you through the Marblehead or Methuen job and who he brings in for the plumbing and electrical. He is based in Nashua, so settle early whether your town is inside the range he travels, and get the scope, the payment schedule and proof of insurance in writing.
