G.M. Roth Design Remodeling

Kitchen renovations that extend into adjoining rooms are part of G.M. Roth Design Remodeling’s work: a July 2026 Google reviewer described design and renovation of a kitchen, dining room, laundry area, part of the living room and a powder room. The Nashua company describes itself as a design-build remodeler serving Southern New Hampshire and Northeastern Massachusetts. It says Gerry Roth founded the business in 1986 and remains involved as president. Bathroom customers describe both design and construction. A May 2026 reviewer said the company updated three bathrooms, credited Justin’s patience during design, and praised the installation team for keeping them informed and maintaining a clean environment. Another May reviewer reported that two bathrooms were brought up to code. An August 2026 customer praised communication, cleanup and coordination of contractors; a June reviewer also praised communication with the team and subcontractors. Older projects show work beyond kitchens and bathrooms. In an August 2025 review, a homeowner described an addition that became a master suite, with showroom selections and discussions about changes that could increase the price. A June 2025 reviewer described red-oak installation, sanding and refinishing, stair upgrades and bathroom tile work. That customer said some items needed attention after a rushed finish, but the team completed the requested corrections. A February 2025 reviewer who needed wheelchair-related home modifications described an elevator installation and roll-in shower work, praising the workers’ conduct and access to the supervisor. Google shows 4.6 stars from 103 ratings, and its BBB grade is A+. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. There are concrete complaints to weigh alongside those accounts. A July 2026 reviewer said two messages to Sharon went unanswered and considered the initial quoted price high before materials were selected. A September 2025 bathroom reviewer praised the work but said completion took about a month and a half longer than expected and that the scope had to change to reach an acceptable price. A March 2026 bathroom reviewer also reported a longer-than-expected project. An August 2022 kitchen-remodel reviewer alleged poor oversight, cabinet problems, payment pressure and misleading communication. Separately, a December 2025 reviewer alleged inappropriate touching by upper management on multiple occasions; that remains the reviewer’s allegation.
