Carlson Roofing is a roofing company in East Longmeadow. A 2023 customer said that while many gave a satellite quote, Bob came out to take a look at what was needed and was back to do the work within the week. A 2026 customer said Bob came over immediately and fixed ice dams on their roof. A 2024 customer said the quote was more than fair and praised how the roof looked. A 2021 customer with a few shingles blown off in a wind storm said Carlson Roofing called back, came out to look at it, and came back the very next day to fix it. A 2020 customer said the company did their entire roof, with just over half of it done in 8 hours on the first day and the rest finished in 3 hours on the second. A Better Business Bureau review complains of calls that were never returned. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 125165, held by Robert Louis Carlson Jr, is active on the state registry. The Better Business Bureau gives it an A+ grade.
Bob was incredible, came over immediately and performed incredible work fixing our horrendous ice dams on our roof. Can’t recommend them enough!
Bob and his team are amazing! Honest, hardworking team. Quote was more than fair, and roof looks fantastic. Highly recommend.
I can't say enough about how wonderful this roofing company is. First, they arrived, which is rare these days! While many gave me a satellite quote, Bob came out to actually take a look to see what I needed and was back to do the work within the week. If you're looking for a roofing company that has the values of old days, an A+ rating, and several, excellent word of mouth reviews, you'll be grateful to discover Carlson Roofing in East Longmeadow, MA!
Had a few shingles blown off my roof from a recent wind storm. Called 6-8 different roofing companies to repair my roof. Basically everyone told me that if I don't need a new roof they weren't interested. But Carlson Roofing called me back and came out and took a look at it. Came back the very next day and fixed it. Very professional and nice. I would definitely recommend.
Carlson roofing has it all, great prices, and fast quality work. I had my entire roof done, they showed up on day one and went to town (Had just over half the roof done in 8 hrs). The second day the finished the roof in 3 hours. No leaks, no issues, great quality. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
