Extreme Roofing

Luis and his team did an amazing job on my mother's house. The house was built in 1910 and over the years had many repairs done. Most recently, one portion of the roof and gutter gave way and fell down tearing a major part of the roof away. Extreme Roofing provided an honest quote and gave details about the work to be done. Their team was polite, honest, did a GREAT JOB and most importantly, cleaned up everything when they were done! These guys are the best around! They also went the extra mile by finding matching paint to touch up the siding tiles on the house. We are Extremely happy with the professional service, knowledge and workmanship from this company. Well, I called Angie s list requested for a roofer. You guys gave me options. I did have approved roofing call me. We made a schedule appointment to come out. They looked at it and everything was good to go for the following week that they needed to deposit so I gave him $3200 in cash and gave me a receipt for it so they ll be out well. That time came up. They couldn t come out because they were sick Then a week later playing phone tag they was too hot then a week later that from there they said they were gonna do it on Fourth of July and Fourth of July came up and they said that the guys don t wanna work Fourth of July but will be out on Monday if we re not there Monday we will give you back your money well his his son called me And said that his father is in the hospital. There s nothing they could do right now so I ve been playing phone tag with the phone numbers that is provided on the Internet and getting nothing basically absolutely nothing no calls back no taxes or anything so I went to the police department and filed Criminal charges. I did try calling you guys Angie s list three different times and once I was told that you guys will cover everything because you guys recommended them so we drove down my son my wife and I drove down to Greenfield Massachusetts where it s listed that they have a business there while they don t and I do have a text message from the Son stating don t drive all the way down there to come and get your money because it s just a storage place we store things well they don t even store things down there. There s no place to do it so we drove down to Medford Connecticut and it s an historical building. They don t have a business area so then we file charges with the Connecticut Massachusetts and my local town, which is Springfield New Hampshire. He s doing all the charges for us calling the police the state troopers and everything so got a lot of criminal charges pending not on my end but on the police department said for fraud and criminal and criminal For not giving me my money back so they re pursuing moving forward with that. I am just told that I want my money back so I m calling you guys to get my money.
