Baystate Restoration is a fantastic company and I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs work done after fire damage. Our condo was severely damaged from a fire and thankfully we had Baystate Restoration to pick up the pieces and beautifully restore our home. Baystate's workers are incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and it made the process so much easier and less stressful to know that they were on the job and working hard to get us back in our home. There was great communication from Baystate and they always checked with us to make sure everything was being done just as we wanted. With all of the other problems that come with a fire, at least we didn't have to worry about who was doing the work to get our condo back in order. We called Baystate and Mark D. came out with one of his team members and evaluated a Kitchen remodel that was complex. Baystate provided an estimate for the work that my wife and I thought was more detailed than any of the other bids we had received. We proceeded with Baystate and they met and exceeded our expectations for the remodel. The Baystate team was always on time, they were polite to work with and the quality of the work was some of the best I have ever seen. I would definitely recommend Baystate Restoration for any type of house remodeling work, very professional, fairly priced and quality of work was above our expectations.
