Carpet Excellence

Tried contacting them about a repair on my install that was done, they said they wouldn’t cover it so I then asked if I could just pay to repair it at that point, sent the photos of the floor and never heard back. The flooring has shifted so severely I’ll now have to go elsewhere to repair the entire floor. It’s been barely 4 years and it looks horrible. We had multiple installs done for different rooms and they can’t even comp anything or give me a response. Absolutely ridiculous and would never recommend this place to anyone.

I have brand new carpet put upstairs and all the bedrooms in the hallway in my house. It’s been seven years and the carpet is all buckling up. It’s all wavy like they didn’t put it down tight enough. It looks terrible and I spent so much money on this carpet, I don’t even know if they’ll come out and fix it After all this time, but it shouldn’t even look like that now It’s all loose and wavy and it looks terrible I guess since I wrote a bad review, the company doesn’t answer me back the answers everybody back that wrote a good review. I would just like him to fix what they didn’t do right

Carpet Excellence refinished the wood floors in my home and the floors look beautiful! I’m incredibly happy with how they turned out. I highly recommend Carpet Excellence for all your flooring needs. We recently had carpet installed in our bedroom by Carpet Excellence, and the entire experience was outstanding. The team was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the process stress-free from start to finish. We are extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Carpet Excellence for any of your flooring needs.

We had Carpet Excellence install flooring throughout our entire home several years ago, and everything has held up beautifully. Because of the quality of their products and workmanship, there was no question who we would call when it was time to carpet our bedroom/office. Just like before, the experience was excellent from start to finish. The carpet looks great, the installation was done with care and attention to detail, and the finished room exceeded our expectations. What really stands out is how well all of the flooring they have installed for us has lasted over the years. It's clear they take pride in their work and use quality materials. We are extremely happy with our floor and carpet and will continue to return to Carpet Excellence for any future flooring projects. Highly recommended!
