East Coast Flooring and Window Treatments Inc. installs carpet, flooring and doors, including jobs customers ordered through Lowe's. The company says it has been in business 24 years. On a single-bedroom carpet replacement ordered through Lowe's, a recent customer said the team showed up on time, let them know 20 minutes in advance and did the whole job without any break or delay. A recent customer had Wladimir and a friend install 3 rooms and 2 staircases of carpet and wrote that the curves on the stairs were no issue. Roy H and Artie installed a storm door bought through Lowe's for a recent customer, who said they came early, finished early and showed how to operate the door. A 2023 customer said Rich and Marco tore out the old carpet and installed 1800+ sqft of new underlayment and carpet in a day and a half. A recent customer said a nail went through a baseboard water heater pipe while a trim board was being nailed back, causing around $9000 of damage, and that the company was refusing to pay for repairs. A recent customer said their install was canceled the day before twice. A 2026 customer said carpet was installed incorrectly and started coming up the next day. A 2025 customer said a job of two rooms and stairs took over a month to get carpeted. That 2025 customer said two installers left after a couple of hours because there was not enough carpet, and the job ended with buckling carpet and a seam that opened up.

Dishonest company. They need to make it right. Punctured a pipe creating thousands in damages and refusing to take responsibility. This is not a place I would expect quality work from. If you’re into liars and thieves, hire them Edit after reply; Me writing a review is not me “reaching out”. It’s a review. Simple. Reviews have not been taken seriously. They know exactly what they did and them and Lowe’s are refusing to take responsibility for a mistake that cost thousands of dollars in repair. Make it right!
WARNING to anyone considering going through Lowes or EastCoastFlooring for anything. DONT! We had flooring installed through them and they damaged a water pipe causing around $9000 of damage and theyre REFUSING to pay for repairs. When they were nailing a trim board back under our door they put a nail through a basebard water heater pipe. They then EDITED and CROPPED photos to send to their insurance company so they wouldnt have to pay for repairs. This water leak caused MOLD in our home and they're blaming us. DO NOT USE LOWES OR EAST COAST FLOORING UNLESS YOU HAVE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO REPAIR DAMAGES THEY CAUSED.
I scheduled a whole house carpet measure from Lowes. Their availability was two weeks out with a 4 hour window. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate this. The day of I hadn’t heard anything so I called and they confirmed the appointment was on within the 4 hour window. Shortly thereafter, the technician called and said he was delayed and had to reschedule. That’s very poor customer service and complete disregard for people’s time - especially since it was scheduled two weeks in advances. There are many other options out there for this type of service - choose wisely.
their truck almost killed our family going down rt 84 in plainville we reported it to the police no head lights or tail lights what type of company are you guys. No lights tells a lot about you beware stay away from these people
