“40 Under 40: Stephen Carr has grown a property services business from teenage mowing gig”
Stephen and his team designed and installed a patio and landscaping at our home. He and his ream were professional, meticulous and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.
Stephen has a collaborative design approach and works with the customer to understand customer interests. He is responsive to and respectful of customer input and feedback. Stephen offers options that incorporate customer’s plant, color and mature size preferences and use of the space. Stephen is knowledge of appropriate plants for this area and delivers robust, healthy, high quality plants. He and is team are friendly, hard working and professional. We love our beautiful gardens and landscape and happily recommend Stephen for garden and landscaping services.
Stephen is the best! He is smart, funny and best of all a perfectionist. We have a new built home in York, Maine and he prepared the yard, planted the shrubs, bushes and trees, and most importantly built the most perfectly done 9 by 15 patio with blue/gray pavers that mimic bluestone. We are so happy with his ideas, wonderful hard working team and would happily work with him again and again!
Unfortunately I never had the chance to use Steven Carr for the job. I called Steven Carr Landscaping on April 27th, 2022 asking for an estimate to deliver and spread some mulch on my property. After about 3-weeks, he called and said he couldn't come over that day but didn't say when he could make it over. Never heard back. I had to call him two more times. He told me he couldn't come out the second time I called. I called a third time and just left a message to get back to me or at least give me an estimate. It's been 2-months now and still no call back, visit or estimate. I guess they're too busy for a local customer who needs only a few yards of mulch.
