A North Berwick customer says the company has maintained their lawn since it was planted in 2023 and sprays the property for ticks and mosquitoes, so they can now sit on the deck or at the fire pit past sundown. A homeowner whose lawn was stressed by an earlier company's maintenance says it now looks like a lush park after two seasons. When a treatment killed some new grass, one recent customer says the team took full responsibility to fix it without being asked. A family hosting a yearly party says the company adjusted their July treatment around the day of the event, working around lawn mowing and tent setup. A recent customer praises aeration work done for a fair price. A 2026 customer said they had asked for no weed control so they could introduce clover to a problem area, and that Josh, the field serviceman, delivered as requested. A 2025 customer said the company popped by during the drought to check on their lawn. A 2023 customer said Bill and his team offered multiple solutions after their lawn did poorly in a rainy summer. In a 2022 review, a customer said the company held off on an application during that dry summer to protect the lawn, and that the lawn took shape once September hit.
