This was my first visit to this transfer station, and it will definitely be my last. When I arrived, I was asked if I had a hard hat. I said no, and the woman at the scale was actually very pleasant and professional. She told me to go ahead and dump my trash anyway and that someone might bring one over to me. While I was finishing unloading my truck, an older employee started yelling at me from the other side of the building asking where my hard hat was. I explained exactly what I had been told at the scale, and instead of handling it professionally, he repeatedly yelled that I was a liar and insisted nobody would have told me that. Completely unprofessional behavior toward a first-time customer. To make matters worse, the price was more than double what I normally pay at other transfer stations for a single truck bed of trash. Between the rude treatment, poor communication between employees, and outrageous pricing, I won’t be returning.

Busy for dumping large trucks

The transfer station in North Oxford is a busy place I pay cash and go regularly doing clean outs with a dump trailer. Despite tipping the attendees they constantly let other drivers go before me. Last time with only one other driver in front of me took me 30mins to unload because at least 4 other similar trucks (not trash trucks or t-trailer dumps) were allowed to cut me on the far side. My money is green I’ll just take it elsewhere. On a side note their trash service hit my mail box twice the last time was a brand new mailbox Never going back to this dump again lol

It's a trash spot, this one is quick and efficient though

Very unprofessional woman at the weigh station. You'll have to wait until she finishes her frequent cigarettes for service.
