I had a fantastic experience working with this team from start to finish. My roof was over 20 years old and, as you’ll see in the photos, it was in serious need of replacement. I had received several quotes ranging from $17,000 to $22,000 and was close to moving forward with one of them. Thankfully, before pulling the trigger, I connected with Bob. He conducted a thorough inspection and identified damage from a recent windstorm (90+ mph winds). Based on that, he recommended filing a claim through the “Act of God” portion of my insurance policy — something I hadn’t even considered. Fast forward about six months, and I now have a brand-new roof fully covered by insurance. On top of that, the cost to remove and reinstall my solar panels — a $20,000 job on its own — was also covered. Several weeks ago a Cedar Valley Roofing truck pulled up into my driveway.A man named Ernesto introduced himself and started to talk about my old roof and asked if they could inspect the roof.After inspecting the roof we talked further.We had been experiencing leaks in the roof.My wife and I agreed to let Cedar Valley Roofing to start the process.One thing that we learned about Cedar Valley was that there were several specialists that would be talking to us along the way.Oh, I forgot to mention that Cedar Valley said that we would only have to pay a small deductible from our insurance.A short time later we met with Robert Brown,area General Manager.He mentioned to us in detail how Cedar Valley would be working for us to get a complete roof replacement and the only cost would be a small deductible.We couldn't believe that was possible because our insurance said that they would only pay 900 dollars.Mr Brown told me that they would be spending around 50 hours working on our situation.Soon we met with Gerry and John.Before we knew it they were up on our roof taking dozens of photos.They must have been up there for at least an hour where as the insurance adjuster was up there just for minutes.What my wife and I were impressed by was that every time they came to our house they were on time and returned every phone call.So...the bottom line is that all the hours spent by Cedar Valley on our behalf is that we are approved for a complete roof replacement and if some sheathing needs to be replaced it will be at no cost to us.The Cedar Valley sign has been placed in our front lawn and we can't wait for them to get started.We can't thank Robert Brown and all the people who have helped us.Thank you.
