I had an excellent experience with CedarPoint on a recent basement remodel. Dylan was great to work with - very professional, friendly and responsive to communication. He did a great job seeing the project through to completion. All of his workers - carpenters, painters, electricians, etc. - were very professional and obviously highly skilled. No complaints at all, and I’m sure to be hiring them again for home improvement projects down the road.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with CedarPoint Management and owner Dylan Hughes on a number of renovation and carpentry projects for properties I manage, and I’ve been consistently impressed with their work. Their team is reliable, professional, and easy to work with. Whether the project involves interior renovations, exterior improvements, repairs, or general carpentry, they do a great job of communicating, showing up when they say they will, and completing the work properly. I hired CedarPoint Management LLC in March 2026 for an exterior project involving window replacement and siding repair. Initially, communication was prompt, the windows were ordered quickly after my deposit, and part of the project was completed. I found that some of the completed work needed correction, which I ultimately chose to take care of myself. The remaining exterior work was then left unfinished. Over the following two months, I repeatedly reached out for an update and a firm date for completion. I received responses that the work would be done, but no firm date was provided and the work remained unfinished. After waiting more than four months from the beginning of the project, I ultimately ended the relationship and had to find another contractor willing to complete the work. My experience was that CedarPoint was responsive at the beginning, but I ultimately could not get the project completed to my satisfaction despite repeated attempts to do so. Based on my experience, I would not hire the company again.

Dylan and his team are hard working, comprehensive in their work, and clear and concise in their communication throughout any project big or small. Highly recommended!
