Floor plans and 3D renderings come before construction at Top Tier Design and Remodeling by Jolene, according to one customer who called it a design-first process. The firm says Jolene has more than 20 years in remodeling design, including a decade designing in New York City and years with a Connecticut remodeling company before she launched her own firm. Its website lists a service area that includes Westport, Fairfield, Easton, Trumbull, Monroe and Norwalk. Kitchens and bathrooms are the work at hand. One customer said Jolene, the owner, managed a bathroom renovation from start to finish, and that they plan to use the firm for an upcoming kitchen remodel. A client who hired her for a kitchen and bath remodel said Jolene was always available and gave them ideas for the job. A kitchen customer praised her design renderings and called the work clean and of good quality. One customer said the work came in on budget. One client worked with Jolene for years while she was with HM and said she designed three bathrooms for the family, two for the reviewer and one for the reviewer's mother. On Google, the firm holds 5 stars from 11 ratings.
