In August 2026 a homeowner said Seth and the crew had just replaced some entryway stairs into their home, with no surprises. Central Maine Home Services LLC works out of Albion, Maine, holds a 5-star Google rating from five ratings and an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau, and its site offers free estimates and says it is insured. In a June 2024 Google review, a homeowner called Seth a fantastic carpenter who got their home finished on time and in budget, showed up when he said he would and did the job for what he quoted; they were hoping to get him back for an addition. A June 2023 reviewer said Seth Hamlin handled a complete 650 square foot deck project, and later that month a customer said Seth installed new exterior doors on their mobile home to replace ones damaged over the winter and kept them informed on every step. In March 2024 another reviewer simply wrote: carpentry needs, give Seth a call.
Seth and the crew just replaced some entryway stairs into my home. Fantastic job, no surprises and just a great experience. Can’t recommend this business enough.
Seth is a fantastic carpenter and was responsible for our home getting finished on time and in budget. I am hesitant to leave him a great review for fear he may get so busy we can't get him over here to work on our addition. He shows up when he says he will be here (rare for the construction trades around here). He does the job for what he quoted (again rare). And his work is top notch (far better than the johnny come latelies with unethical bidding practices). He is a creative problem solver and good at keeping the project moving. If you can get on his radar and can pay him what he bids (which is extremely reasonable for what he delivers) - you will have something you look at with pride and gratitude. He is a rare gem.
Great work! Carpentry needs? Give Seth a call
Seth just got done installing new exterior doors on our mobile home. There was damage done to the doors from the winter. The work ethic and professionalism of Seth is outstanding . He kept us informed on every step of the process. I would highly recommend him to everyone who asks. We will be using him for future projects . My husband and I were very pleased.
Outstanding workmanship, skills and professionalism. Working with Seth Hamlin exceeded any expectations we had for a complete 650 square foot deck project. I would use him again for my upcoming home projects and would highly recommend his services.
