josh just finished cleaning my heat pump along with three others in the building i will say josh arrived at scheduled time and said it would take an hour and it did it was the most thorough cleaning that i have received the furniture was back in place and the area was left clean he was polite and informative he worked steady and would definitely rehire
Awful experience. We booked a cleaning back in July, and it was scheduled for September. Honestly forgot about it due to other issues in our lives recently...and he only reached out once via Messenger, which of course we didn't get the message until a bit later...he waited about 10 mins at our house and charged us $160.00 for missed appointment. Said he couldn't call us due to no phone number, but I've called several people using the Messenger app...so my wife tried to reason with him, and he said he would take us to collection. I admit, we messed up by missing the appointment, but I think they could've tried harder at reaching out. We'll pay it, but he'll never be recommended for ANYTHING. Thanks for the cleaning! Appreciate it.
