We had a great experience with our home inspection with Dennis! We are first time home buyers and he was kind and patient with us and explained everything well. The inspection report got back to us quickly and it was very easy to understand. We would definitely recommend Dennis to anyone!

I had a wonderful first- time experience using Certified Inspection Services. Mr. Curran was recommended to me by good friends, who were also in the process of buying a home. I am a first time home buyer/owner and I really appreciated the professionalism, attention to detail and thoroughness of his inspection. During the inspection, we went through the house/property and could discuss the concerns or future areas for improvement. Mr. Curran is very knowledgeable and had lots of excellent advice and could answer any questions I had. The scheduling process was also quick and easy. Very happy overall with my experience and would highly recommend!

Dennis helped us inspect our current home in Maine while we were living in North Dakota. He was prompt, professional, personable, and honest. I will use him any time I need another inspection because of the outstanding service I received.
