Poor communication and attention to detail. I used Steve this past November when i purchased a home and 5 months after the boiler sprung a leak and was not repairable. Steve noticed a small pail under the boiler and low hot water pressure but never dug deeper or questioned what there might have been for issues. My HVAC Technician arrived to look at boiler and instantly noticed the boiler had been leaking and not working properly for a length of time. looking at the picture Steve took of the boiler during his home inspection he never even took the cover off the boiler and inspected the inside. I have tried to reach Steve about this issue and he is ignoring this matter. I would not recommend Northeast Home Inspections.
Ive worked with inspectors before but Steven was by far the best. He was thorough, explained issues in detail, and was very competitive on price. It was a great experience. I will hire him again!
