Horrible service provide
horrible service provide, the fence did not lineup and he refused to make it right , he came with a lot excuse saying that it’s normal and fence it’s no a fancy thing, never ever will have this company step up Yard even to do a mowing the lawn,
I just started working my second season with Cesar and the work has gone completely downhill. On top of that, communication has been terrible, work that was agreed upon was not done and I found something left by an employee of Cesar's that was disgusting (a bottle filled with urine left behind a wall at my home). Last season I hired Cesar to mulch, do weekly mowing, dethatch, aerate, seed, and fertilize. Seeding and fertilizing never happened despite us originally agreeing on it, so now I'm not really sure what the purpose of dethatching and aerating my lawn was without the follow up steps to it. When I asked Cesar about it, I was told he wasn't fertilizing this year. This was the first I had heard of that. I guess I was supposed to keep asking about previously agreed upon work? Then there's how my lawn looks this year. It's absolutely terrible. Cesar's men cut my grass way too low despite even Cesar knowing better, but his employees clearly don't listen to him, or just start digging into your lawn with a weedwhacker. Given how much sun my lawn gets, it's now a mottled, brown and bare mess, where the greenest parts are the clover that is now taking over. My flower beds are filled with weeds and grass since they blow grass clippings into them, and not enough mulch was applied to prevent weeds properly. Except on one of my trees, which had so much mulch applied I had to fix it so the tree didn't have too much mulch around it. This is something any landscaper should know. So as I notice my yard is looking terrible, I decide to check my cameras to see what is going on in the very brief time they are here working on my home. This is when I see a man stop his work, look back at me sitting in my home to see if I'm paying attention, then proceed to go behind a wall. The next day when cleaning that area, I found a bottle of urine. This was the last straw and I told Cesar I wouldn't need his services anymore. He offered to come over and fix it but after finding the urine I was disgusted and just wanted to hire someone new and be done with it. Except I had to tell Cesar 4 times not to come to my home as he kept insisting on coming over and even said "I'm on my way". Look, it's bad enough to go through all of this, I shouldn't also have to be concerned that the person I fired is going to come to my home, during a pandemic, despite repeatedly asking to be left alone.
I found it expensive. I am not sure. i could be wrong . I hired them just for one time. The lawn grass was bit longer and it was raining.
