Its website offers irrigation design, installation, repairs, seasonal maintenance and smart-controller upgrades for residential and commercial properties. Google lists 4.8 stars from 45 ratings, Thumbtack lists 5.0 from 29, and the Better Business Bureau gives it an A+ grade. Recent customers describe several different kinds of irrigation work. An August 2026 reviewer wanted drip irrigation for garden beds; Dione suggested a layout, and the team arrived as scheduled and installed it. A June customer said Dione and his crew added a zone in about two hours and also relocated sprinkler heads during the project. A separate June account named Dion and described a new system installed in a few hours, with an explanation of how to use it, minimal damage to existing grass, cleanup and lawn seeding. A July reviewer also praised leaf blowing and grass seeding where the team had worked. Older accounts describe adjustments and troubleshooting after installation. In an October 2025 review, a customer identified Dione as the owner and said he worked alongside the crew. After noticing dry areas following installation, they said a crew came out the next day to adjust coverage and move sprinkler heads. In April 2025, another customer described six valves with wiring that had stopped working; Dione and his team consolidated the wiring into one junction box and restored operation. An April 2023 reviewer described a spring startup with system inspection and sprinkler-head adjustments. A June 30, 2026 customer reported a different experience. They said the technician missed the appointment window, the phone service was automated, and nobody initially contacted them to reschedule. After they reached a person, another appointment was set, but Pro Irrigation quoted $1,000 for extensive repairs. The customer said a different company fixed the issue the same day for one-third of that quote. A May 2026 reviewer also posted a brief warning to avoid the company. These are attributed customer complaints; the June account's successful repair was performed by the other company.
