The company says it has been in business 12 years. In 2020, a news page on news.gp.com reported that Laura, the owner, volunteered to clean essential workers' homes while they worked on the frontlines of the crisis. A 2023 Google reviewer wrote that the company had been cleaning the house weekly for well over a year and that a cleaner named Grismaldi "makes the house look spotless even with 2 dogs, 1 cat, and 2 kids." Another 2023 Google reviewer wrote that a cleaner named Erica took care around an older dog who can't hear or see well, and that the office staff were flexible when appointments needed to change. A 2022 Google reviewer wrote that the company had been cleaning the home for over a year and that its cleaners leave notes for each other, so the household did not have to explain what was different each week. A 2022 Reddit poster in r/westernmass wrote that the household paid $153, not including tip, for bi-weekly cleaning. A 2025 Google reviewer wrote that the person who answered the phone was impatient and rude when asked for a ballpark estimate, and quoted $300 for a deep clean including stove and fridge. A 2019 Angi reviewer wrote that an entire floor of the house was not cleaned after a price for a regular clean was agreed, and that the company said it ran out of time after deep cleaning some areas. A 2018 Angi reviewer wrote that a crew of 2 workers arrived 45 minutes late to clean a neglected older home, stayed half a day and charged $550, and that the reviewer's husband found areas only lightly wiped or not addressed.

I have no clue who answered the phone, I was trying to get an estime a while ago, and the lady was so impatient and rude like I was wasting her time. Just wanted a ballpark estimate so i could schedule right away and get a monthly service, making sure the house was ready because people were moving out. She said $300 for a deep clean including stove and fridge.. which is a steal (if they actually do a good job and dont rush) Couldn't even tell me what the cleaning included, so no way to know what I'm getting into. Had she asked for more it would've been ok but didn't go for her just based on her tone and attitude..
Happy home has been cleaning my house weekly for well over a year now and overall I am very pleased with their service. We have had a few different cleaners, all of which were very pleasant and friendly. Grismaldi has been cleaning the house lately and she does an above and beyond job. She is very thorough and makes the house look spotless even with 2 dogs, 1 cat, and 2 kids!! She really is our favorite. This is a great company to have clean your home. Happy Home Maid Service has been great - Erica in particular has done a great job and has been very dependable. She's great with the pets! Ace is an older dog who can't hear or see well and she takes care around him. Our other dog Sid always follows her around while she works to get the extra pets. House is spotless when she is done! We request her specifically now. We also appreciate the office staff - they have been very flexible when we've needed to change our appointments.
Virginia was fabulous! She did a wonderful job cleaning our home right before Thanksgiving. We are very happy with her services. We are also very happy with Happy Home, who has been cleaning our home for over a year now. Every professional they have sent to our home was courteous and did a good job. Sometimes different people come every week but I never have to tell them what’s different about our home, they leave great notes for each other. It’s also very easy to add extra things as needed to make scheduling changes.
Highly recommend!!!!!! Laura is very helpful when you book your first cleaning and set up a recurring cleaning service. Beth R has been coming to our home biweekly for a few months now and she is amazing. So hard working, everything is pristine and beautiful and takes the stress of my plate. She adds little touches around the house that make it feel like a hotel. Highly recommend this company for cleaning services.
