The site says the company was founded in 2009 and also claims 30 years of masonry experience. In a 2023 review, a customer said Carlos showed up quickly after the initial call with a quote, came back a few days later with another person who did the repointing within half a day, and stopped by the next day to inspect the work and finish off a few things. A 2023 reviewer who had worked with Carlos 3 times over 7 years praised his talent as a mason and his communication skills. In a 2022 review, a customer said Carlo and his team built a retaining wall on a steep bank to create a new parking area for their camper van, and that Carlo updated them throughout the project. A 2022 reviewer said Mr. Feliciano addressed a foundation issue in their house. In another 2022 review, a customer said Carlos and another fellow arrived at 7am and were completely done in the afternoon with a 20 ft. walkway.
