Very pleased with Patrick, Gary and Tye. They take pride and their workmanship. Their contract is extremely detailed, change orders are easily understood, and they -the entire team- is trustworthy. They did a complete remodel of the main level of our 1960’s home. Windows, doors, new kitchen, new bathroom, floors, moved walls, updated electrical and plumbing. It was a very extensive remodel. Would hire them again.

CBR finished our attic as well as built our deck. Great communication through the job portal they use, top quality craftsmanship, and very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Fantastic! Patrick and crew did an amazing job with our addition from start to finish. He listened carefully to what we wanted, offering opinions and advice based on years of experience. He worked hard to make sure we had the best materials for the best price. He was patient when I asked for new or different things, and was always communicative with changes, if there were any unavoidable delays, and progress on the project. I would absolutely contract with them again.

I had Chagnon Building and Remodeling redo my deck recently, and they did an awesome job. From the beginning, they were super easy to work with—really responsive, helpful with ideas, and made the whole process smooth. The new deck looks great and feels really solid. You can tell they take pride in their work because everything was done with care and attention to detail. They also kept the area clean and made sure everything was wrapped up on time, which I really appreciated.
