Poor customer service. I called asking if they services my area. I was told they aren't taking any new customers and I was hung up on before I could ask any follow up question. Get better..
Poor service, has no respect for customers and won't help horrible customer service and expensive
We received a thank-you card from this company after service that contained a printed message about “old men” and “young girls,” framing it as acceptable or “no one’s business.” This was deeply inappropriate and unsettling to receive from a business. It was not cheeky, humorous, or innocuous and the fact that the reverse side of the card contained the company’s business information makes it clear this message is intentionally associated with their brand. Photo attached of what we received. We will not be using this company again.
I called this company to schedule an oil delivery and to become a customer on 12/26/2024. I was then contacted on 12/27/2024 by one of their employees that they would be glad to deliver oil on the following Monday 12/30/24.
