Great place to get your home fuel weather propane or oil. I go there for my inspection stickers, everyone is friendly and helpful.
Life savers. On the day before we had to travel to another state, we discovered our oil tank was leaking. On a recommendation, I called Columbus (haven't been a customer) and they sent technicians out to pump out the tank that very afternoon. What a relief! About a week later they installed a brand new tank. Getting the old tank out and the new one in was an enormous task, but they did it. They were personable and cheerful, cleaned up after the work, and charged a fair price. They're a family run business. I recommend them highly.
I’ve been a customer of this family owned business for several years and I continue to be impressed not only by their fuel pricing but the prompt service they provide. I’m a huge fan of this company and I’m not easily impressed. They are simply a solid company with family values. They have expanded so much over the years but never outgrew their attention and service to their customers! If you’re considering giving this company your business you will NOT be disappointed!
Our expansion tank broke and when we returned from vacation, the furnace had turned off, there was water it would not work. It is the winter and the house temperature was 52. It was 2 AM. I called Columbus and they connected me with the on call technician Zach. He came out and over arriving at 3AM and worked all night to change the expansion tank, and replace all the relays and controls that had been ruined by the water soaking them. He was great, efficient and professional. I could not have asked for more. He finally finished all the repairs at 7AM. I felt terribly that he was up all night but he could not have been more gracious. I would give Zach 10 stars, but they only allow 5. It is comforting to know that in the middle of the night, you can get the help that you need
We recently had work done on our boiler due to a water leak and Mark the technician came over and fixed the problem in a very short period of time. Mark was courteous and pleasant to talk to, and he answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand. Needless to say, I was very pleased with his work .
