Charlie's Old Time Rubbish Removal & Dumpster Rental

Very inconsistent trash pickup. Once a month they don't come at all and when they do come it's never at the same time. They don't return calls. And we pay a year in advance. Look elsewhere... we will be!

Just received bill (invoice) from this company and we are not even customers. Bill doesn’t make sense. 282.00 for July 1 2023 to Sept. 30 2023. Not sure how they got our address. Doesn’t sound legitimate to us. Doesn’t appear as a simple clerical error. Stay clear of this business.

I cannot express my deep disappointment with Charlie's Old Time Rubbish Removal in strong enough terms. The trash pick-up service they provide is nothing short of a disaster. I pay for their services to take away my trash, not to play "pick and choose" with what they consider garbage-worthy. It's incredibly frustrating to find items left behind without any explanation, forcing me to find another way to dispose of them. And let's talk about their customer service – or lack thereof. Trying to reach someone at Charlie's Old Time Rubbish Removal is akin to attempting to make contact with an elusive mythical creature. They never answer their phones, and their voicemail box is perpetually full. Emails go unanswered, and when you do manage to get through, they brush off your concerns with vague promises of improvement that never materialize. Furthermore, their prices are exorbitant for the abysmal service they provide. I wouldn't mind paying a premium for reliable and efficient trash pick-up, but Charlie's Old Time Rubbish Removal is the epitome of overcharging for subpar work. It's like they're trying to cash in on their reputation as a "nostalgic" service while neglecting the most basic aspects of waste management. In conclusion, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Charlie's Old Time Rubbish Removal to anyone. Their inconsistency, unreliability, selective service, and abysmal customer support are enough to drive anyone to the brink of madness. Save yourself the headache and opt for a more competent and dependable trash pick-up service. You'll thank me later!

One week I happened to be outside. They took my regular garbage and my recycles and threw them both in their garbage truck and compacted the trash. Claimed they were short handed. On 5/24/23 I emailed Charlie's old time rubbish, inquiring about the 96 gallon trash can. 5/25/23 got a reply stating they were free. I have her my address for delivery. Now 7/19/23 I'm still waiting for the trashcan. Followed up with original email 3 times. They didn't respond to any.
