An 830-square-foot, tri-level deck rebuild was one customer’s project with Chase Construction: in a February 2024 Google review, they described replacement deck planks, railings and steps, reinforced understructure timbers and white PVC cladding. They said Mike finished on schedule. Chase Construction is based in Seekonk; its Houzz profile identifies Mike Chase as the owner and describes a focus on custom interior carpentry. In a September 2024 Google review, a customer described a complete bathroom renovation, a stand-up shower and a new entrance to the backyard. They credited Mike with communication and design options, including waterproofing certain areas, and said the project stayed within the initial budget. Another customer, writing in August 2024, said Mike renovated a one-bedroom apartment in a recently purchased Connecticut multifamily property. They praised his updates and design guidance and reported a completed, on-budget project. In an October 17, 2024 Google review, a customer said Chase Construction worked on their shed and made it look brand new. Earlier projects included kitchen ceiling beams described in a January 2023 Google review and a complete two-story garage renovation described in May 2022. The garage customer said Mike coordinated different teams, kept permits accounted for and finished on time. A July 2014 Angi review described Mike and his crew building a custom 12-by-12-foot shed after community approval, with cedar shingles, a ramp and double doors. In a May 2026 Google review, a customer praised the carpenter’s work quality and on-time work. There are concrete concerns. Massachusetts registry verification identifies Chase Construction’s home improvement contractor registration 181801 as revoked. A March 2026 Google reviewer said messages requesting contact went unanswered. In a September 2015 Angi review, a customer reported a broken oven door whose replacement was still outstanding, a returned key that was not their house key, tile glass left in the driveway, lifted wall tiles and unreplaced floor molding. That customer said they had paid in full before all work was completed. Chase Construction’s BBB profile gives it an A+ grade and states that it is not accredited.
