In a 2025 review, David built a 20x12 open deck with wrap around stairs at a first home in Wrentham, and that 2025 reviewer said he had also installed a new Pella slider and doors. In another 2025 review, David built a roofed and ventilated addition to a deck so the reviewer's father could grill next to the house. A 2025 review of a new deck says David suggested design ideas and that the drink railings go all around the deck as one piece. In a 2025 review, a deck that needed extensive repairs got a quick estimate and a set time to complete the job. Other 2025 jobs include condo water damage from the unit above, where the team brought on a plumber the day after insurance adjusted the damages and repaired drywall and paint, with David transparent on cost, and a small basement job finished about a week from the first phone call.
