Chris Jones finally showed up and fixed the aluminum flashing on my house and fixed the broken gutter downspouts. The work was good and the price was fair. My chief complaint is that he doesn't return phone calls. You call and call and never get a call back. He'll call you back when he darn well feels like it. This is the "pucker factor" and if you don't mind getting ignored, then he's the guy for you. I would use someone else in the future.
