I worked with Pete Michals per a recommendation from a friend. Pete was phenomenal and very helpful as I was a first-time home buyer. He was friendly, highly communicative, and very knowledgeable. I was not afraid to hold back any questions or concerns and Pete answered them or tracked down the answers for everything very efficiently! I immediately felt that I could trust him and am glad I did. His recommendations for inspection team, mortgage lender, attorney, and working through the offer stage were all great.
