Hello Current homebuyers, My name is Anthony and I recently sold my townhouse in North Andover Mass. I chose the Ciccarelli Realty group to represent the selling of my home. And Boy was so glad that I did. The experience began with meeting Bob Ciccarelli the owner of the company. We began to sell a townhouse at the worst possible time of year, which was January. Even though we had many snow, storms and lousy weekends, Bob weathered through the storms and did his due diligence. When the good weather came Offers began to come in. We found out that There were some glitches in the HOA of selling the townhouse. Over the next few weeks Bob and his team made numerous phone calls and visited the appropriate offices and met with people banks, loan managers, etc., etc... Finally, we were able to sell the home. And the only reason that came about because of Bob and his company and how determine they were to satisfy me as a client. I have flipped five homes and I have to say that Bob in this company where the hardest working realtors I have ever used. I highly recommend them and I know you won’t be disappointed.
