Justin Melo is the Man when it comes to looking for a realtor. He is on point and he knows his job. I was introduced toJustin through my plumber who is one of his associates. When I setup an appointment with Justin he came in assessed my home and gave me a true assessment of my home. He promised me a marketing analyst and included a estimate of what my closing cost would be within 24 hours of our meeting. That’s realtime. Justin is a one stop realtor he has associates (plumbers, painters and electricians) available to problem solve. During my process he even took on the responsibilities of the buyers realtor, to ensure things got done. He was forthcoming and communicated with me as needed. I am grateful to Justin because of his advice and cause he put the work in and I sold my house in a timely manner. The hardest part for me was trusting Justin cause I didn’t know him like that, I am suspicious (these days your a fool if your not).
