One recent customer said Robert came out an hour after they spoke, made adjustments to the washing machine and replaced the belt on the dryer, and called his prices reasonable and fair. A recent customer wrote that they were allowed to have their own parts installed at just the base hour cost. A 2022 customer wrote that CJS found a fan for their 21-year-old Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator when parts were no longer available. In that 2022 review, the customer said Robert returned within two days, diagnosed a faulty wire connected to the fan and replaced it at no additional charge. A 2021 customer said Robert fixed their refrigerator the day they called and saved them the cost of a part by patching the gasket and sealing it. A 2023 Google reviewer said Bob responded to a voicemail, was at the house the next day and fixed a refrigerator issue in less than 10 minutes. A 2020 customer said Robert showed them how to order and install a simple part for their dishwasher, which avoided an additional service call. The Better Business Bureau gives the business an A+ grade and lists it as accredited. HomeAdvisor and Angi each show 4.9 stars from 118 ratings, and Google shows 4.6 stars from 11. A 2020 customer said they were charged to diagnose a fridge problem, ordered a part that was not the problem, and were charged again; that 2020 customer wrote the fridge still did not work and they were already out $300. A 2023 Google reviewer called the company very unprofessional and said there was no communication.
