D and M Home Improvements

I couldn’t be happier with my new deck and screened in porch flooring. Brendan and Delilah were professional, honest, and incredibly hardworking from start to finish. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship truly show, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. They kept me informed throughout the project and genuinely cared about doing the job right from start to finish. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality craftsmanship. I can’t wait to have them back for more projects in the future. I would rate higher than 5 stars if I could. Thank you both!

I have used D &M for two large jobs at my home, the first was for a deck where the original contractor used floating footings for a deck. D & M was able to place footing and make repairs that were needed and they did this in a very timely manner. I used D & M after a home inspection revealed the roof had some sag in it. I had had the roof done 5 years ago and it was found that the original roofing company had ignored some major issues and placed a new roof without advising me of the issues. When I reached I out to the company who had originally installed the roof I was given lip service and told that they could offer me a slight discount on the shingles but could not come out for a few weeks. Brendan came out on a Saturday to look at the roof. While it wasn’t the news I wanted to hear he was honest and told me what had to be done to fix the roof. After getting the run around from the original roofing company I contacted D & M to do the job. I was given an estimate and they knew that time was of the essence. D & M arranged to do the work the day after I gave them a deposit and they completed the work in a day. I was given updates including photos of the work being done and contacted with any changes they thought should be made. I truly appreciate the responsiveness and care that D & M provided. I would recommend them to anyone considering work around their house. Thank you!

Brendan & Delila remodeled 3 outdated, dilapidated and ugly bathrooms for us and didn’t flinch once at the many issues that surfaced in doing so. They’re entirely professional from estimate to completion of work. Both are experienced and creative and have ideas when you don’t and will make it all happen at a reasonable cost. We highly recommend D&M Roofing and Home Improvement and will absolutely – without any hesitation – hire them to do so much more.

Very attentive and great work definitely recommend

Talk about a great group of people! They came and helped us out the day we called. Kind, compassionate and professional, these guys not only take care of the project you ask them to, but take care of you as the homeowner too. Their prices were reasonable, the work was clean and their responsiveness was far better than others. Will be calling them again. Thanks!
