A 2022 customer said that after a tree went down in the wind, they removed most of the debris but did not finish the job, even though the customer had paid cash; that customer said calls to Freddy, the owner, were ignored. A 2022 customer wrote that they were never on time and did not finish a job the customer had paid cash for. A 2023 customer said a quoted trim of three trees was postponed three times, and that when they finally came, the truck spun its wheels in the yard and the job was called off. That 2023 customer said they had paid $100 to book the appointment. A 2023 reviewer warned against giving him any money before the job is done.
We are so appreciative for your professional, almost immidiate response time, and availability to be able to prevent four large trees, landing on our 224 year old Boothbay coastal cottage after this last big storm. Was quoted to trim three trees was postponed three times finally got there to do the job with a partner. They were having a hard time with their truck not starting then attempted to drive into my yard. They were putting Mats down but truck was just spinning wheels so we called it quits then I didn’t want to get the truck stuck in my yard. Meanwhile while the first guy was driving the truck out the other guy motion to me that he was loaded whatever that means paid him $100 to book the appointment I’m sure I will never see that money back again do yourself a favor stay away from this business

I had a tree go down because of the recent wind we had. These guys came out removed most of the debris. …BUT DID NOT FINISH THE JOB. I foolishly paid cash before they came back, as PROMISED , to remove a large tree section, which they had cut.I tried contacting Freddy , THE OWNER, numerous times to come back and remove what they left behind..HE IGNORES MY CALLS..Now I have to pay someone else to CLEAR WHAT THEY LEFT BEHIND. ALL OF MY CALLS TO FREDDY, the owner, HAVE BEEN IGNORED. Im VERY DISAPPOINTED …wish I had hired PROFESSIONALS who have some integrity..
