In a 2024 review, a customer said the job was pushed back during a rainy October because the ground was soggy, and the company came on Halloween and finished the tree before the afternoon. That 2024 customer said the company then parked its equipment on the lawn overnight, leaving gashes, deep holes and bald depressed areas from the treads. The same 2024 customer said the company was told about the damage, said someone would come fix it, and had not followed through after multiple calls. A 2022 customer praised the pricing and said the work was clean.
Granted it was a rainy October the work kept getting pushed back for the ground being soggy. They came on Halloween to do the job. They finished the tree before the afternoon but came back to park their equipment on our lawn for the night which caused some stares and comments that night. My yard was left with gashes, deep holes and bald depressed areas from the treads. The holes were dangerous for trick or treaters, my kids and anyone coming to visit as they were deep enough for a pumpkin to hide. They were made aware of the issue soon after and said someone would come fix it. They have been called multiple times since October and nothing.
Great pricing and clean work. Only honest company who is insured and doesn't over price the job.
