We have used Langione to finish our basement including a home gym, bathroom, laundry and family room. After successfully completing this project, we used them to also renovate our two main bathrooms. The entire experience from design to build through final punch list was exceptional. We have a 1927 house and were trying to optimize limited space in renovating the bathrooms. They were able to find a great solution to fitting a bathtub and separate shower in the master - which was not easy due to limitations found hidden inside the walls that could not feasibly be relocated. They took great care in bidding the jobs and in both cases came in on time and on budget. This is the fifth property I have renovated over the past 20 years and the only contractor that I can say that about. They were a pleasure to work with as a company and I liked all of the individual employees that worked on our jobs. Since I was home full time through these last two projects, that meant a lot to me. I highly recommend Langione for any home improvement you are considering. They continue to do smaller project for us and we wouldn't consider using anyone else in the Boston area.

We were in the market for a major overhaul of our 1860 victorian house 16 years ago, and the Langione Brothers were recommended by a long-time friend. We are now completing our 3rd major project with the Langiones and are as pleased with this one as we've been with the two other large projects. These projects have included: Master suite: a complete overhaul, remodeling, roofing, bathroom on the top floor; New kitchen, complete gutting, new everything, HVAC , radiant heat, floor, Ipe deck; Living room: removal of existing two chimneys (running through center of house), new large fireplace & chimney on exterior wall, combining living & dining rooms into large (25') bookcase (new) lined room with reclaimed pine flooring. Langione Brothers are a complete pleasure to work with. The cost and projected time frame for each project has been as predicted each of the three times. The company staff are long-term, reliable, experienced and thoughtful. This is a wonderful company.

Condo - Major renovation over a 10 year period - New kitchen, 2 new baths, 3 story beautiful staircase , family room, laundry room, 2 bedroom and closet renovations. New heating and central air system, Excellent work - very thorough, great follow up..quality, quality, quality. Great team - very customer focused, excellent ideas to maximize space. Great ideas on designs - very attentive to every detail. I love my condo thanks to Langione Bros.

Langione Brothers built an addition and remodeled the interior of my house (kitchen and family room). The job took approximately 8-9 months. From start to finish the project was handled expertly and professionally. Their work is impeccable, and it was a pleasure having them in my home. They stayed on budget, thanks to the detailed research done prior to signing the contract, and finished on schedule. Their sub-contractors were just as professional and pleasant. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
