A homeowner in Malden says Jose and his team replaced the roof and vinyl siding, installed a door and repaired the chimney on a multifamily home. The customer praises transparent pricing, communication about issues as they arose, and predictable work around tenants. Another customer says Tyee worked directly with their insurer and tied new vinyl siding into damaged aluminum siding so the sections blended together. Cleanup gets specific praise.
