Exceptional service from Clean Room Property Management! I hired Marko to clear spider webs from my very high ceilings, which he did beautifully. But he also went above beyond what I asked for. He cleaned all my table top surfaces as well. He was incredibly thorough, hardworking, meticulous, and has a wonderful, kind spirit. We even shared a magical moment watching two majestic deer walking my backyard... I suspect it was Marko's kind spirit that just may have called the deers to my home! I’m almost hesitant to tell you about Marko and his crew. I want to keep them for myself and my neighbors. I can’t recall a more responsive, talented and reliable service. And they do a lot more than turn overs and deep cleans. Marko is a problem solver. I contacted them initially about a Spring deep clean of my family’s home next door and to set up turn overs for some summer rentals. Talking with Marko on our initial visit it became very clear, very soon that he could take on pretty much EVERY thing I needed to get done, to get the house ready for inspection. Putting in smoke detectors and installing fire extinguishers? No problem. Clean up the yard? Paint a ceiling? Absolutely. I feel like I’ve found a very likable genie. I needed an outdoor barn type door painted to match the rest of our deck. Marko volunteered to take a paint chip and have it matched and took on the whole project start to finish. Their rates are upfront, reasonable and they do what they say they will, when they say they will. Today, I called him with no notice because I needed help putting in stairs down to the beach.He was able to find a half hour and accommodate the tide!! Anyone who’s lived here for a while knows why I’m gushing. Give them a call.
