CLEAN SLATE JUNK REMOVAL

From Vic to Bike, incredibly courteouscrew here.

They came to my house to remove an old boiler. They removed the boiler, however they did not cover anything or clean up their mess!! We have soot everywhere that is nearly possible to get clean. we cannot walk on our laundry room without tracking soot throughout the entire house? after my wife mopped the floor multiple times! Our brand new carpeted stairs weren't covered, they left black soot marks from their dolly on every single step and riser that will not come out. soot on the walls, soot on literally everything. we had to buy rugs just so we csn walk into our laundry room! we've been wiping everything down, but it doesn't come off! I have brand new ugg boots that I wear only in the house, and they are ruined. Black on the bottoms, I can no longer wear them in the house. we are going to end up paying quadruple what we payed them to remove the boiler to fix and replace everything that was ruined! I have no clue why my wife paid them, maybe she was nervous because she was home alone. I can't attach pictures here, but I attached them under the "mentions: section. if I could leave a negative number for a review of this company, I 100% would. Looks like small claims court in the near future for me. Definitely would not recommend, i dont think there is any help for this company if they saw this as acceptable to leave my house like this and take payment. if i ever left a job in this condition, i would not be getting paid, and they shouldn't have either! Truly unbelievable!! smdh

“Amazing service! I called last minute, and they were able to fit me in the same day. The crew arrived right on time, even though it was raining, and got everything hauled away super fast. Friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!”
