I hired these folks to do a move out clean in a small 2 bed 1 bath apartment and agreed with the person in the office to pay $100 extra, for a total of $270, for the outside of the windows to be cleaned. It seemed like a big upcharge, but clean windows are really nice, so I agreed. The cleaners showed up, late which was ok since I was working there all day, were friendly and got to work. Once they said they were done, I took a quick look at the outside of the windows and they were really bad. So I asked them to either touch them up or, because it seemed like they weren't really into cleaning the outsides, just take some money off the extra charge. They called back to the office to let me speak with the person I made the deal with and the gist of their argument was that a deal is a deal and, even though the windows weren't cleaned well, the cleaners were too short to do a good job on the upper sashes and should be paid in full. I tried to explain that their end of the bargain was not met, but she kept talking loudly and aggressively over me. We finally agreed at $50 for the window exteriors, which I was happy to pay, but the woman in the office did not consider this fair. After they left I noticed how many windows, blinds and other areas were either cleaned haphazardly or skipped altogether. One example was some bright colored sticky stuff left on top of the back of the toilet that seemed hard to miss. That's just one example in a long list. I took some photos of the dirty blinds that could be captured on my phone, but the dirty windows, which were much worse, wouldn't show in the photos. I'll spare you the rest of the details, but I wouldn't hire these cleaners again.

Tayan is very easy to work with. Very friendly. Cleaning job is also excellent. We had her clean our rental apartment and she makes the old toilet look bright new. I am planning on hiring her again.
