An April Thumbtack reviewer names Rodrigo and says the roof looked good and the mold was gone. A June Thumbtack customer describes a different experience with Rodrigo. They say a late-afternoon appointment began after 5:30 p.m., that he declined their request to reschedule, and that the work took more than two hours and ended in darkness. The customer says he insisted on payment before they could properly check the cleaning. The next morning, they found a high side of the house with mildew or mold still needing cleaning, as well as spots on white PVC fencing, and said they would not hire him again.
HE WAS EXTREMELY EFFICIENT AND CONSCIENTOUS AND VERY POLITE
Rodrigo was very responsive in his communications, and that's for sure. Did a great job (almost) but did not keep the appointment time. Scheduled for late afternoon but started after 5:30 PM. We asked him to reschedule but he would not agree to do so and said he will finish the task at hand within an hour. Then we were worried that he would do a slip slop job since it was getting dark. He did finish after more than 2 hours, and it was dark alright. He insisted payment even though we could not verify the completeness of the work properly. Next morning, we found out that one of the high sides of the house that had the most mildew / mold, still needed additional cleaning. And some spots here and there on the white PVC fences needed additional cleaning as well. Not exactly thrilled at the job and definitely will not hire again.
We are extremely happy with the power washing service done on our home. Our siding look spotless and almost brand new again. They took the time to ensure everything was cleaned thoroughly without damaging any surfaces. Excellent communication, fair pricing, and outstanding workmanship from start to finish. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality power washing services
