Greatly appreciate the replacement of our A/C system with Climate Care. Two things stood out: (1) Dave, the owner, is incredibly familiar with the product lines of several different manufacturers, and had a great sense of what the right product was for our home; (2) Brian and his crew did an amazing job with the installation itself, and we immediately recognized the improvement over the previous system. I highly recommend Climate Care!

I had a great experience with this company. My central AC died in early July, right in the middle of a heat wave, and while I was already dealing with a number of other stressful issues. The large local oil company that had maintained my previous system for over 15 years quoted me a price so outrageous it was clear they didn't value my business. I didn't have high hopes for finding better service or a better quote, but Dave from Climate Care proved me wrong. Of all the people I spoke with, Dave seemed the most thoughtful and trustworthy. He actually looked at the previous system and setup, discussed my concerns and said it looked like 'a straightforward job'. He also said he could do the install the very next week, when everyone else was booking out to the end of July. I told a friend I actually felt much calmer after talking to him. The quote he gave me was the best one I received, and true to his word the install was completed the following week with no issues. Everyone I dealt with at the company was fantastic, from the office folks, to the incredibly quick and efficient install team, right down to the friendly delivery driver who dropped off the equipment. Although the heat wave ended once my new AC was installed (of course) it has been running smoothly and works as expected so far, no issues. I would definitely recommend Climate Care if you're looking for good, reliable service at the best possible price.

Dave was absolutely amazing during a brutal heat wave right before the 4th of July. Our AC was acting up and he responded to every single call and text quickly, even though it was the day before a major holiday. He talked us through the issue, was spot on with his diagnosis, and even offered to come out on July 4th itself if the problem wasn't resolved. That kind of responsiveness and dedication is rare these days. If you need reliable, honest, fast AC service, call Climate Care - he went above and beyond when we needed it most. Highly recommend!

On the telephone Matt said they would come out to charge my system with freon and charge $185 for the service call and $45 per pound for Freon. When Terrence got here he said that was all wrong and the charge was $385 per pound for the Freon. When I told him that was ridiculous and his services were not needed started a big argument with me in front of the house. Five minutes after he left the owner called up and tried his very best to make it right.
