Clover Landscape

I hired Clover to provide lawn mowing services for my rental property on Cape Cod. I had actually used them previously and hired them again for this summer because I believed them to be a reputable local company. Unfortunately, less than two months into the season, I found myself looking for a replacement due to repeated scheduling issues and unprofessional communication. The problems started immediately. My lawn was mowed before I had approved the first service of the season, and although I was told I would not be charged, the charge later appeared on my bill. After that, I requested a simple every-other-week mowing schedule. Despite multiple conversations with both the office and management, the schedule was repeatedly changed, mows occurred on the wrong dates, and there was constant confusion about what had been agreed upon. The final straw came when I called to clarify a missed mowing. Rather than discuss the issue professionally, Willy became argumentative, began swearing at me, and told me I was being difficult. The conversation escalated to the point that I ended the call. I understand scheduling mistakes happen, and if this had been a one-time issue, I likely would have continued as a customer. Unfortunately, after repeated communication issues and being spoken to in that manner, I lost confidence that the account could be managed professionally going forward. I was simply looking for a company that could consistently mow a lawn every two weeks. Based on my experience this season, Clover was unable to provide that level of service or professionalism. UPDATE: Clover mowed my lawn again, after I had terminated the relationship with Willy. I called the office to confirm that I would not be charged for this one in addition to some of the others I did not authorize. I spoke with Greg, who profusely apologized for all the issues with the services, and offered to comp my mowing's for the year, which was not what I expected. It definitely makes me feel better about the company, as people do have bad days and make mistakes. Having someone own the mistakes and apologize takes this from a 1 star to a 3 star review.

Excellent Work! Had stone driveway installed with cobblestone border and apron at street edge and garage door the crew worked very hard and were very meticulous cleaned up every day also came back and hydroseeded areas that they disturbed looking to do front walkway in near future Clover Landscape will be at the top of my list

With Clover Landscaping, you most definitely get what you pay for. The work was excellent and done in a prompt and professional manner with great attention to detail. It came out exactly as I wanted and as promised, and even further, they added mulch and extra stones for free. Curt and Greg were wonderful to deal with. Very courteous. I will certainly use their services again.
